I haven't received my download email
It usually arrives within a few minutes. Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder. Your download button is also shown on the thank-you page straight after payment. Still nothing? Email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll send a fresh link.
My download link has expired
Links last 30 days and work up to 10 times. Just email us and we'll send you a new one.
How do I open the PDF on a phone or tablet?
Tap the download button and the PDF will open. On iPhone or iPad choose “Save to Files” or “Books”; on Android it's saved to your Downloads folder. Any PDF reader works.
Can I print the book?
Yes. You're welcome to print copies for your own household. Please see our terms for the personal-use licence.
